NYCWFF: Rock & Roll with Morimoto and Friends 2010

Rock & Rock with Morimoto and Friends was held at the Harvard Club. Iron Chef Morimoto started the event by showing off his knife skills and broke down a large Hamachi Yellowtail. His staff later served the hamachi two-ways, in oil and with greens topped with greens. The event also showcased asian inspired small plates from top chefs in and around the city.

Karaoke started with Morimoto singing a Japanese song. Ming Tsai later joined him – that brought the house down and started the karaoke-thon with Anne Burrell singing until the wee hours.

The Karaoke-thon begins:

Morimoto and Ming Tsai belt out Japanese songs to the delight of an adoring crowd of fans.
